Great / thorough home inspection. Karen makes herself available before and after for any help you need as well.

I have never had a home inspection like this before. Karen was so thorough and took her time explaining and answering questions. She was patient and honest and has a great sense of humour! She offered to come after i've moved into my new home to go over everything again. Her demeanour and expertise took a lot of the stress out of this purchase. I CANNOT recommend her enough! I will be hiring her for any home purchases I make in the future. Thank you so much Karen.

We hired Karen to inspect a rural home purchase, and would recommend her to anyone. She helped coordinate the septic inspection, and showed up early on the day of the inspection. Karen is easy to work with, thorough, and friendly. Her report was delivered promptly. Best of all, she was full of tips for rural living, maintenance schedules, and even suggestions for where to source replacement materials.
