I knew exactly what I wanted for my three car garage project, so I gave Christa a picture and a few dimensions and voila, she prepared all the drawings that I needed to apply for permits and to give to my builder. She even sent in the applications for the permits on my behalf. Her knowledge of setbacks and building regulations for both Prince Edward County & Quinte Conservation and the fact that she offers a one-stop-shop experience, at a reasonable price is what sold me on her.
