By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. The place was beautifully done. Never had a single issue during my stay. Hoping to go back very soon.
Amazing place, location, and fully stacked amenities. Also, never had such a smooth check in!
What an incredible stay! Spotlessly clean, all amenities thought of...in the most thoughtfully well renovated and designed church. From the authentic confessional, to 'sinners bar', to huge fireplace to the coolest sleep lofts ever! Perfect spot for a weekend get away with friends and family. Adam and his team made our 25th anniversary stay so memorable. Thank you, we'll be back!
We loved staying at The Prince Edward County church. Before we even closed the front door to leave, my friends were asking if we could visit again this winter (my answer was a resounding yes!) The space is an eclectic blend of old and new, with many thoughtful design details throughout. With lots of space, this spot easily accommodates larger groups and it's a great location to stay in for the weekend or as a home base to go explore the county. The description is one of the most accurate I've ever seen, and offers everything you could need. Adam is incredibly responsive if you have any questions, and super knowledgeable of the area as well. We can't wait to go back and if you're thinking of renting out this space, I'd highly recommend it.
I spent the weekend with my partner and another two couples this past weekend and it was the perfect getaway. I felt immediately relaxed the second I walked onto the property. It is so unique and an experience you won't get elsewhere! Every detail from the gardens to the candles to the Edison lights strung under the trees was perfect. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, Adam!
An enjoyable place to stay with great outdoor facilities (table under a grand oak, a circle of Adirondack/Muskoka chairs around a fire pit and kayaks to use on the nearby creek and river). Sadly, this former church turned AirBnB features two kitchen areas that lack basic utensils one would expect for a place set up for hosting large dinner parties. (The main kitchen features a tiny dishwasher that appears to be an afterthought or at least left over from the renovation.) The accommodations are otherwise great with some charming quirks, the most interesting of which is the nautical portal through which one can look into the back of the property while having a shower.
