I called Collin with only short notice and the closing date approaching rapidly, he did everything he could to find me another lender as fast as possible, calling every lender he could think of to close this deal. He was able to give me several mortgage options with lenders within a short period of time. Collin genuinely cares about helping his clients, he was more concerned about helping me out of a bad situation that my previous broker got me into, than he was his commission, which says a lot.
