Colin is very knowledgeable and patient with those not as knowledgeable about the processes of banks, mortgages and finances. He took the time to w walk through all the steps and made sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommend!
Collin Is an awesome broker. I was in a difficult situation with the broker I was working with previously. He was far from meeting expectations. I called Collin with only short notice and the closing date approaching rapidly, he did everything he could to find me another lender as fast as possible, calling every lender he could think of to close this deal. He was able to give me several mortgage options with lenders within a short period of time. Collin genuinely cares about helping his clients, he was more concerned about helping me out of a bad situation that my previous broker got me into, than he was his commission, which says a lot. I would definitely recommend Collin to anyone looking for a good broker, you will be in good hands. I will be referring him to anyone I know that's looking to purchase a new home. Thanks again.
