My husband and I recently attended Pasta 101 at Angelo Bean’s Italian Cooking Studio (the last class of the season). We absolutely loved our experience. Having recently returned from a trip to Italy, we were hoping to find a little piece of Italy in Prince Edward County. This experience exceeded our expectations and was comparable to ones we experienced in Italy. If you are looking for an Italian experience close to home this is it. Angelo and his wife are extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about Italian cooking. Not only did we learn how to make pasta we met a great group of people and shared a wonderful meal (enough so that we didn’t need our dinner reservation that evening!). We cannot thank you enough for providing us with an experience we will not forget!

Absolutely wonderful experience. We were there with a group this past weekend and it was beyond expectations. Angelo and his wife Karen, are wonderful hosts and the knowledge and passion that Angelo shows for his cooking, fine ingredients, and wine is nothing short of contagious. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for something more than just your regular hands on cooking class. Something truly special. Well done Angelo and Karen. A la salute.

Genius. I bought an afternoon lesson for my mom for Christmas. It was a truly wonderful experience. Angelo is so well informed with all the secrets of authentic Italian cooking. He was so hospitable and accommodating. Every dish was a taste treat. We will definitely return for more food adventures. Thank you Angelo Bean!
