This crew is TOP notch! I stopped in on a whim to see if they had any trucks, and found the exact truck I was looking for, which happened to be the only used truck they had in inventory. The process was super smooth, the price was right, and the service was impeccable. Very happy to have found what I wanted locally and be able to support such a great family business. Purchased our 2019 Ford Edge SEL end of September of 2019. Not once did I feel pressure or rushed. What sets Prinzen apart from any other dealer is their breadth of knowledge, experience and the level of customer service they adhere to.

Josh makes the most stressful part of getting a new car seamless and makes you feel very comfortable. He is first rate in all aspects. Made me feel well taken care of.
