I had the pleasure of working with Anchor Homes to build a purpose-built duplex. Although we had undertaken various other types of investment ventures before, this was the first time we had completed a new build. From the moment we first met Mitch and Theresa, we knew we had found our builder. They were both knowledgeable, quick to answer questions and provide suggestions to make the process smooth. Mitch was always available for any questions we had and when we sporadically popped into the job site, he was there and available to chat. It was comforting to know that he was involved in everystep of the process and had a perfect pulse on how things were going. When going into the project, we planned for going 2-3 months over the timeframe we were given and 10% over budget. Neither of these were necessary. The build was completed on time and on budget (which is very rare in the building industry). We would not hesitate to work with Mitch and Anchor Homes again and would recommend them as your first call when building a quality home with an honest builder.
