A smallish (1 acre) grassed parkland with a 20x20 foot open roofed shelter with picnic tables for a picnic or scrabble game. Off leash for dogs, Porta toilet, boat ramp for boats up to 22 feet + - with a decent dock, decent swim water or cast a line for some perch for kids and some worms. Quiet rest spot with parking area for cars with trailers. A couple picnic tables under a tree by the water. Lower parking area is kept clear for boat trailer turn-round area. Quiet spot.

Go to this slot if you want to sit on waters edge and just look out at the lake. You can see the factory on the opposite island. It's pretty peaceful with no one around.

It does need a place for people to place trash! It's a beautiful space other wise. User friendly boat ramp. Good bird watching space. If the people would take their garbage or the maintenance would offer a garbage for collection!
