Kind staff and doctors. Could be more available by phone or provide an email which is answered regularly. Could also give more time to patients for appointments. And lastly it would be nice if one of the new doctors here became Lyme literate as we have many new cases in PEC.
Update: New female doctor is arrogant and does not care or listen as well as the last.
