Pete, the gentle giant with a rythmic soul, creates the world's finest vinegars. The opportunity of learning from him about the creation of his outstanding products is worth the trip alone.
This was a very special stop for the birthday girl.

Great experience! The owners are very passionate about producing fine vinegars and the results are incredible. If you are lucky you can even see how the oak barrels are made. Cool place to drink some wine and have a wood-fired pizza. If the weather is cold, bring your jacket to stay warm, there's no heating system in the building.

Take a break from the wine and beer tastings to check out this place. Great stories from the owner, topped only by the great tasting vinegars. My fave, raspberry, made its way home with me.
