I love these guys, I really do. After a locally owned pharmacy sold their business, I tried PharmaPlus. Unfortunately, despite having specific instructions from my doctor, they continued to subsititute my meds with the "less expensive" version. I began going to No Frills as a result. The kindness I received here has been second to none. After learning about a pricing issue, one that had me paying $115 more than I should (close to a dozen times), I patiently tried to arrange a time for a refund. After arranging a time, Stacey, the pharmacy clerk, told me I had said a different time. Clearly I know what I said. As I wait here for my medication and refund, I feel disregarded and completely worthless as a customer, and I come here weekly. If it weren't for Stacey and her attitude I would give them 5 stars, hands down. I am not a rude person, but I am sick and sick of feeling mistreated - after all, they're the ones who made the mistake, not me. Stacey's blaming and poor attitude is a detriment to the pharmacy's customer service.
