(August 8, 2020, 2:29 pm)George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to provide good service. One of the girls behind the lumber desk however, has zero patience and a ton of terrible attitude. My husband needed help with purchasing materials for porch railings and she was very short, curt and completely useless. After numerous attempts to get meaningful help from her, he went ahead and purchased the wrong materials and had to return to the store to buy the correct items. He let her know about her attitude and unwillingness to help and she was completely unresponsive. People like her should NOT hold customer service roles.
