I'm so grateful for Dale, Aleks and their family for their help in listing our county home. Not only did we have an offer on day 1, but they were so kind, considerate, communicative and very professional during every interaction. Highly highly recommend the guys :)

The County Guys - why would you choose anyone else to help you with buying or selling property? Dale and Aleks are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, helpful and, most of all, fun to deal with. And how great are those free packing boxes, bubble wrap and tape! It was definitely our lucky day when Dale knocked on our door. Nothing is too much trouble and they genuinely share your happiness when a deal is successful. Definitely a pleasure to work with.

Dale and Aleks were the perfect agents for selling our home. They explained the reasoning "why" behind their suggestions to make our house as marketable as possible. We took their suggestions and our house sold in about 30 hours for over asking price!! We were absolutely delighted as this was the highest price ever of any of the leasehold properties sold in our subdivision.

Then, when it came to buying another house, Dale was patience personified. We knew what we wanted and weren't prepared to settle for less. Dale and Aleks took us out to whatever homes we wanted to see, some of them being at quite a distance. Never a complaint about the distance or the amount of time we were taking out of their day.

The service they offer, including boxes, staging, professional photography and encouragement when it looks like your perfect home just isn't attainable, was perfect. I can't say enough about The County Guys - they are exactly what everyone needs when going through the stressful process of selling and/or buying a home. Highly recommend them.

When we decided to sell our house we wanted to make sure it was in turn key condition but we didn't know where to start. Aleks and Dale gave us great advice and set us up with a local contractor to make this become a reality. They were amazing to deal with and really did have our best interests at heart. Amy set our house up to look like a magazine and we ended up selling in 4 days above list price. We will definitely be contacting The County Guys for any future real estate deals.

I worked with Dale as a first time homebuyer and had a really wide range of things I was looking at: style, location, lower price range, unique properties and something that had water access. Although I had initially started looking at the County, I quickly spread my search across a lot more ground than anticipated, and Dale didn't hesitate for a second. He was quick to identify what I was looking for and had a great eye for something he knew I'd like, even pulling me back from unique properties (when I got sidetracked!) that didn't fit my overall goals. He was super available, always ready for a phone call or for the drive to a viewing. He stayed up making sure we got our offer in at an advantageous time and that I understood the whole process. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dale, he became a sounding board for the stressful parts of the process (and there were many for me!) and a trusted advisor.
