After Hip replacements best physio referred to me

I am writing in response to Christine's comment about being deceitful. Christine was told on six occasions that I was not an OHIP registered clinic and that she would have to pay for my services.

Christine obviously forgot that prior to her surgery she came to my clinic and I went over her surgery with her, her exercises and mobility and then again told her that I was not an OHIP clinic.For these services Christine was not charged by the way. I called and got the number for CCAC so that she would have somebody attend to her home to help when she got back from her surgery. Christine seems also to have forgotten that while in hospital she called to tell me that her surgeon had told her she had to attend a physiotherapy clinic as he did not like the care of CCAC. Due to this Christine called me and again asked if she could come in for treatment and I again told her that she could but that she would have to pay.

When Christine came in for her first appointment with me I again informed her that she would have to pay and she said that was fine. It was not until she was given her first invoice that she complained about having to pay and started calling me deceitful.

Christine also seems to have forgotten that due to a very abusive voice mail left at my office that I returned her fees to her, but, she also neglected to mention that she had cancelled her check covering her fees prior to sending her letter calling me deceitful.
