“Was in PEC for a couple of nights and came here for a shellac manicure and removal. The salon is impeccably clean and Covid protocols were very well followed. Brittany did my nails and was very lovely, and all seemed to go well. However, within two days, my thumb chipped and within one full week, two other nails had chipped. If I lived closer, I would return and hope for a re-do. Edit: Since I don't live in the area, the owner was very gracious and generous to offer a credit for a future service. This is excellent customer service, and I was appreciative. I look forward to going back at some point and trying again!”
