The gents from Modern HVAC got back to my contact via their website the next day at 7:30am, asked a couple questions to confirm what needed to be done, and booked me in quickly. They were able to diagnose an issue with our thermostat wiring that caused another HVAC company to tell me my Nest thermostat was defective. They showed up right on time, squared away the issue quickly, were super professional and sent an easy to pay invoice shortly after the work was done. If you have a smart thermostat or related equipment to install, don't call anyone else.

They came and serviced our older rusty units and were very open and honest about the lifespan left without pressuring us to replace them (which we planned for already anyways). They were very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job replacing our two units and fixing the exhaust issues they pointed out at the same time. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in future as needed.

I recently had an air conditioner installed by the guys at Modern HVAC and I have nothing but praise for their high standards of quality and workmanship. They are very knowledgeable about the products they install and took the time to answer all of my questions. We set up a date and time for installation and they arrived on the day they set and showed up exactly at the time specified.
