360 Self-Defence & Krav Maga

Being a total beginner, I was nervous signing up for a self-defence class, and unsure about what to expect. Dennis welcomes all his new students to a free class to see if they'll like it, so I decided to try it out. The class exceeded my expectations, and I signed up that night!

Going twice a week for the past three months, I feel like I've developed a basic understanding of how to defend myself from different types of attacks/holds. The classes are quite physical and a good workout, but are open to all ability levels. I would recommend this class to anyone who has an interest in preparedness!

No matter what physical shape or age level, 360 Self Defence is a necessity of life!

you receive one on one personal training in a class setting in one of the most enjoyable classes I have ever had the pleasure of taking.
Dennis takes time with each individual student to ensure that everyone understands what it is being taught and proper from is being used before introducing the next exercise. This class is a great workout and will teach you how to defend yourself in real life situations. As someone who came in with a solid background in Martial Arts, Krav Maga takes it to the next level. If you are interested in starting Krav Maga, then this is the place to go.

I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this instructor and his teaching methods. He runs each class like a well oiled machine. My children and I decided to take a chance on 360 Self-Defence & Krav Maga and our only reget is not signing up sooner. Dennis the real deal and this is real world self-defense! He takes time with all of his students regardless of skill or fitness level. I encourage anyone looking for something real and useful in today's society, or just to improve your self confidence, to try a free class and experience Krav Maga for yourself.

Dennis understood my needs as a new trainee and tailored his instruction to them, so that I could be effective and ready in case of a self-defence situation. Dennis trains both the physical body as well as ensuring you are mentally prepared to face unknown circumstances, through his thorough explanation of his lessons and moves. His method of teaching ensures that the defence techniques you learn with him become second nature and remain in your head. He is genuine, encouraging, and will push you to reach your best in each session. Dennis has a calm demeanour and quickly established trust between trainer and trainee. As a small woman, I never felt discouraged or unable to learn Krav because Dennis would explain how I don’t have to be the most physically strong person in the room to be able to defend myself properly, and feel safe. I would recommend anyone to learn from Dennis.
