I had my very first massage today and I am so happy it was with Zoe! I had a TMJ massage and it was amazing. I felt relief almost immediately.

I loved that she took the time to have a chat before getting into anything to make sure she was truly doing everything she could to make you comfortable and maximize your experience. The space was incredibly relaxing and put me into a zen mood almost right away.

She was so accommodating and friendly, it truly made the experience even better. I’ll be booking another appointment soon and recommending to all family and friends! Thanks Zoe!!

I really enjoy Zoe as a massage therapist. She makes sure to check in before starting to ensure you get what you need each visit instead of just assuming. She'll provide ideas for stretches and workouts to help assist in fixing issues.
My girls and husband also go to her!

Zoe has been able to target my problem areas while educating me on take home tips inbetween visits. Each treatment has been different also which I find really helpful and appreciate. Zoe is extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. She also provides a relaxing, private environment which really helps with the overall experience.

Zoe is a wonderful and caring person. As a RMT, she is "hands on", knowledgeable and very skillful at her trade. When I first met Zoe, my body was riddled with tension, aches and discomfort. After only a few visits I began to feel great relief, improved mobility and a better sense of well being.

I have been getting massage regularly from Zoe. At least twice a month. She is wonderful. She can adapt to what customer likes and remembers the problem area discussed. It’s a perfect blend of relaxation as well as getting the right pressure treatment. Because of her my sciatica pain has improved so much. I will miss Zoe at Origin Wellness but definitely look forward to getting a massage in Oshawa. She is dedicated, sincere and very professional.
