(May 13, 2022, 1:16 pm)Kathleen is amazing! A little background, I found out 5 days before Mother's Day that custom items I ordered from another business was not going to make it on time. I called KTS and spoke to the wonderful Kathleen. Over the next couple days we communicated back and forth. She wanted to make sure the coffee mugs and shirt were perfect. I received them on the Saturday and my wife loved them. I can't thank Kathleen enough. I will be using her again and again. Thanks Kathleen!
