I had a massage with Sarah for the first time yesterday. She was great. She understood the issues I was having with shoulder and neck tension leading to migraines and TMJ pain. After my massage I felt like I had actually gained some height as the stretch and release of my neck and shoulders was so good. Being this was my first time I felt very at ease, and welcomed.

I just started seeing Ed a few weeks ago. He is an amazing RMT who has so much knowledge. I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for the past six months that has resulted in daily pressure headaches. I have tried other RMTs as well as acupuncture, chiropractic care, and physiotherapy - and nothing has helped to alleviate my pain or release any of the pressure and tension in my muscles.
After my first session with Ed, which was only 45 minutes, I felt an immediate release. He uses techniques that no other RMT I have seen uses. Since seeing Ed, I have not had any pressure headaches and the tension and pain in my neck and shoulders has significantly decreased.
I would 100 per cent recommend Ed, especially if you suffer from stiff and tense muscles. He’s also very pleasant and easy to talk to you!

I recently tired Mirka's for the first time. I had a 60 minute RMT with Sarah. I have been having neck issues. Sarah really knows she is doing and knew what areas to target. She is incredibly knowledgeable. They are very friendly and professional here. The Location is great, near my house. The atmosphere inside has a cozy and relaxing vibe. So glad to have found Mirka’s.

I had my first massage in many years today as a late birthday gift from my boyfriend; I must say Lisa did a fantastic job. I know now my body needs my frequent massages, but as for tonight. I know I will sleep like a baby. We both thank you Lisa and Ed.

The service here is great. Very accommodating. The staffs are friendly. I get notified via texts a day before my appointment. I really like their professionalism.
