We went to buy new duvets and covers. Karen and Maria helped us and couldn't have been more helpful by educating us about the duvets that would suit both of us. We left the store confident that our purchases were the best for our needs and budget. I buy all of my sheets from here. The quality and comfort are worth the higher prices, but they also often have sales both in store and online.

I found the staff knowledgeable but customer service was very poor. I was in the market for a complete set...sheets duvet pillows dust ruffle. I needed the dust ruffle for the duvet cover I wanted to purchase which was on display. The manager would not provide it even though it was the display item. High Mark's for quality product.

Always a great experience here. Staff is so friendly, welcoming and patient. They really make sure you are taken care of. They let us know about their product and offered really sound advice for design that we didn’t even know we needed. Quality of the sheets and the artwork are exceptional and worth the money. I already have a few ideas in mind and once I’m ready to execute, I will for sure be returning. They have earned my business.
