Good place to go but they have to train some of their new staff better.

I come here for my breakfast on my way to school and the employee Myra is one of the nicest people I’ve met! Her customer service skills are amazing!!

So I work in the mall at Hudson Bay oshawa centre, this is a Tim’s I visit on a regular basis. I had noticed I was double charged one day for my food. I didn’t realize till a few days later. When I spoke to the manager she was very sorry on what happened. She immediately pulled me aside and told me she would take care of me. She covered my order and gave me a beverage of my choice free of charge. I was so thankful for her customer service. The whole team here at this location deserves a raise and recognition for there hard work. They are one of the high traffic locations and everyday they smile and give great service. Way to go team Tim Hortons oshawa centre keep up the fabulous job

This tim Hortons is at pretty busiest place. This place is always crowded with people. Long wait times, smaller place compared to the foot falls this place has. Apart from this everything is good about this one. Staff is so kind and humble. Self serve kiosk are not working
