Woodland Homes

We moved into our new home the end of February 2021. We purchased an "Abbey" at the Top of Townline site in October and despite all of the challenges with supply chains and trades during the pandemic, the house was ready on time and nothing was back-ordered.

The purchase process was very transparent and Woodland was priced competitively. The options we chose to customize and upgrade the home were a good value. We asked for numerous design element changes and the Woodland Team were very accommodating.

The custom frameless glass shower, free-standing tub and custom double-vanity in the master ensuite are incredible. The quartz countertops throughout the home are from Cambria and are a really nice touch. The options available in the design center are endless, especially for a modern/contemporary look. We made several structural and layout changes which Woodland engineers were able to make happen in the original timeline we agreed. We love our completely open concept main floor, sunken foyer and "Jack and Jill" bathroom on the second floor for the kids.

Mechanically, the home has very efficient products - starting with the HVAC and HRV systems. The tankless water heater performs well and after the first few months' utility bills - we can see the savings.

Customer Service at Woodland has been very responsive, sending trades for small touch-up's and almost all items from the pre-delivery inspection have been addressed. The lot is already graded and sod should be down more than a month ahead of schedule.

Woodland really offers a custom-built experience and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Value and service can't be beat.

Had our first home built by Woodland Homes, almost 5 years ago now. We selected Woodland Homes based on other family members experience who have also had homes built with the builder and the quality. We loved the design of the home we choose. Making selections and changes to upgrades etc. was easy. On closing the team made us aware of minor touches that they noted and would be taking care of. These were resolved quickly. We love our home!
