I got a flat tire on the 401 and Sam helped me out! He was very patient and kind, and put up with my panicking. He helped me every time I reached out to him, went above and beyond what I was expecting. Literally the best, I'm so happy it was him I called for my first flat tire.

I was in touch with Alpine Towing twice, as they service Ford RoadSide Assistance calls. The first time, Kurtis got me into my car fast; he was on time, professional, and personable.

The second time -- while I managed to figure out the problem and cancelled my initial call -- both Kurtis and Tom followed up with me and called me individually to make sure that I was taken care of to my satisfaction. 2 conscientious employees. Now, THAT's Service!
