I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Sante Fe from Auto Planet Durham and was treated royally. When I called to inquire about the car which I had seen online I spoke with Nicole. She was very friendly and helpful and we set up a time for me to drive out and check out the car. I happened to mention that I used a walker and was recovering from spinal surgery. Nicole called me back shortly after we talked and told me that her associate Vincent had volunteered to bring the car to my home at my convenience so I could test drive it on home turf. I would like to thank Vincent Pinto for this act of kindness which was very uplifting during these difficult times. A couple of days later a family member drove me out to pick up the car and I met Nicole, Vincent and Matt. I would highly recommend the team and for their excellent service and professionalism.

Recently purchased a vehicle from them, and had a trade in. I received top dollar for my trade in and they also fixed a scratch on the vehicle free of charge. David Matthew was my salesman, very professional and honest, made the sale very smooth and easy. I will definitely be visiting them for my next vehicle purchase!

No hassle, no haggling, wonderful customer service. Kudos to Matthew, John and Branden Gomes. I bought a nice Lexus for my son but it seems my daughter would use it more than him, since he is a little too tall for the car.
The way these awesome professional treated a first time customer is the way you take companies to new heights in this competitive age. I have already referred two of my friends and plan to upgrade my 2013 Odyssey for a newer model there.
