    I am a longtime client of Dr. Harper and find him to be a consummate professional whose approach, technique and follow through has made a substantial difference in the management of my osteoarthritis and to my health in general. Dr. Harper consistently pays close attention to my concerns and suggests a plan of care to assist me.
