  I was greeted when I came in by a happy gentleman. I was offered help while there. The woman at the cash was super helpful and very cheerful as well. Great service!

  The staff here is very nice and friendly! They knew where everything was and we're super willing to help me find things and answer questions.
  
  They have a nice loyalty rewards program if you shop there frequently.

  Very nice and knowledgeful staff. We're provided with useful tips on what to buy based on puppies nutritional recommendations. In addition, the rep went the extra mile and gave us recommendations on pets travel luggage and where to find them (did not have the right size at the time in store, for our price range). Highly recommended store for any pet enthusiasts and new owners as they're experts with good interests.
