Attending my first virtual Breathwork session with Kristen was very rewarding.
It was the first time do any time of Breathwork class and so had no idea on what to expect.
Kristen provided the necessary information on how and what Breathwork is as well as guidance.
I am very thankful for the opportunity as the experience helped me in certain areas of my daily life as well as giving me another tool to apply in stressful times.
I would certainly recommend Kristen as she takes the time to listen and provide you with the necessary tools to move forward.

The breathwork exercise that Kristen led was INCREDIBLE! I had never experienced breathwork before and was blown away by the release that I experienced.
