I don't normally write reviews . However after the experience I had, I felt I must share. Yesterday I had day surgery at this hospital. I was nervous and scared, very upset I could not bring in a support person. From the moment I walked in, every staff member was wonderful. I'm not exaggerating, seriously every staff member I saw either was smiling or smiled when they looked at me.
There ended up being an emergency, so my operation got pushed up a little. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The nurses were great, the doctor/ surgeon, and the anesthesiologist were wonderful. Spoke to me like a person, we're kind, joked with me and laughed. I've had a few surgeries and I must say I never felt so comfortable in the operating room before.
Thank you Bowmanville hospital I appreciate all that you did.

I was there for my gastroscopy and all I can tell is all the way from the ladies at the front desk to the nurses,the doctors and the entire team were super amazing,kind,courteous & knew exactly their job.I was nervous & skeptical but to my surprise the procedure was painless and I was out in no time.Was extremely well taken care of.Thankyou to the entire staff & team at lakeridge health,Boemanville.Appreciate it!:-)
