I suffered from a severe elbow injury a couple years ago and Aiden has been nothing but informative and encouraging throughout my recovery. The fascial stretch therapy was very helpful in assessing the mobility which we were able to use to come up with specific exercises to target different muscles in my arm.

He’s always happy to answer questions and is constantly researching new ways to help improve with my range of motion, strength and to ease any pain.

Aidan is an amazing practitioner! When it comes to knowing the body and fixing problem areas, he is my go to! His extensive background and knowledge is very apparent in every session. I love that he gives me stretches and exercises to take home with me between sessions to ensure I’m becoming stronger and performing better. You won’t be disappointed !
