Their crew had been on time and cleared the snow, salted the driveway and sidewalk on time and had been judicious about it based on the weather forecasts. Lisa is very responsive and helps over email. However, I would really like to see their website improve, be more user friendly and self-served. It wasn't easy to use but I had no issues communicating over email.
