ReSoulution Yoga Massage Spa

Been going to this studio for just over two years now. Any instructor I've had there has been good to great. The atmosphere is warm, clean, calm, relaxing, inviting. You are made to feel at ease in every class I've ever been in (which has kept me coming back as I'm not a typical "yoga body"). The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 (and really, I wish I could give 4.5) is due to the fairly poor customer communication. Phone calls are rarely answered and voice messages are generally not responded to in a timely manner, if at all. Text messages and email are the same, unfortunately. But overall, a fantastic spot.

I have been seeing Romy for several months now for my lash extensions. I wouldn't go anywhere else! She is so thorough and detail-oriented, so I always leave with perfect lashes. The whole experience is very relaxing. Highly recommend - 10/10!

I am blessed to have this Studio right in my hometown. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The Owner & her Teachers are knowledgeable, kind, caring, truly want you to have the very best experience, without judgement. I cannot recommend trying this studio out, a variety of classes & times from beginner to advanced. Jana’s Studio is my Happy Place.

Great instructors. They are all friendly and welcoming and treat everyone with kindness and respect. The teachers are great at guiding you into poses and given tips to help get into more challenging poses. They always go the extra mile to help you get the most out of your class. The teachers even give wonderful neck, shoulder or head massages to finish a class. A treat to attend these classes! Also a great variety in terms of styles and levels of difficulty.

From beginner to advanced classes are available for all levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
If you have never practiced yoga the beginner series offered by the owner Jana is a perfect introduction to the practice of yoga. If you are a seasoned yogie the hot advanced classes are amazing!
The spa is spotless and professional.
