Fantastic board game cafe with perhaps the best atmosphere I've ever felt. Their food prices are great, and the coffee is fantastic. I've never been too hot or too cold even when the place is packed.

When they do get busy, sometimes food can take a little while longer to get to your table, but it's easily forgivable for the quality that the owners put into the place.

And let me tell you, the owners really care about the place. They do their best to really maintain it. In my opinion it's the perfect combination of formal meeting informal. One minute they'll be getting you anything you need and the next minute they'll be joking with some other patrons in another corner.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Even for a fun night out, casually with some buddies, it can be fantastic. Or if you like some more hardcore things like Warhammer and Magic the Gathering they have events all week for that stuff.

This place is a must visit!

Such a wonderful place to relax and play a game or two. I've been wanting to go for a while and finally got the chance to go with my husband. Great game selection, the owner was very friendly and attentive, just a fantastic environment and music. Will be back many more times!

This is a really fun place. A decent selection of board games, tables with terrain for Warhammer, and separate areas for RPGs for better immersion. The servers are a bit slow but otherwise it is a great place. Haven't tried the food yet but I hear it is good.

Critical Hit is a great place to go with friends and play games. The space is huge, with lots of space for big groups to play tabletop games. They’ve got a great selection of games to choose from, as well as items for purchase for role playing games. There’s a good selection of domestic and craft beers, snacks, and drinks. I really love how airy and open the space is. The staff were awesome and super attentive, and the owner even came over to introduce himself, chat about the business, and give us a heads up on all the different events coming up. Critical Hit hosts so many events; there is something for everybody. We loved it and will absolutely return.

We were very impressed! The food was great, the selection of board games ditto! We got the grand tour by the owner and he's really thought of everything! He even tempted me into learning D&D!!
