Brae is a professional to be truly appreciated. During a heatwave in 2019 Brae came out to service our AC which had failed us. We ended up having to replace the unit, and Brae made this painless. He is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things in a simple and honest manner. In the fall of 2019 we also had Brae replace our furnace. Again, this was an easy process and everything was left tidy. This past week we had an issue with getting our furnace to go on. Within minutes, Brae replied to an email that I sent. He quickly helped me out through email exchanges and got the furnace going again. It was not a problem with the furnace but with our thermostat. I highly recommend Brae if you need any heating or AC work. He is a pleasure to work with and can be counted on to be professional and responsive. Thanks Brae!

I’ve used Daly Home Comfort since I purchased my home - I found them to always be honest and fix what needs fixing without unnecessary upselling. This summer it was time to replace my AC (long overdue) and as usual they were prompt in getting back to me and booked me in quickly - then called me earlier in the week to see if I wanted an even earlier time slot. They did the work, the unit worked and I was happy. I then went into the basement to take a look at the furnace and duct work... this is when I noticed they ran the lines in a completely different way than previously done - having them now in tight with the unit and freeing up some ceiling space. They even cleaned the work area. This is when I was thrilled. I don’t often write reviews, but after the job they did today I felt I needed to share the amazing work, and professional manner in which they conducted themselves from start to finish! 10/10

Picked up his phone Friday and had a new AC coil in Monday afternoon. Explained what was happening with the unit in clear terms. No problems with it now. Absolutely professional start to finish, I wouldn't hesitate to call again!

I called Brae two years ago for a blown capacitor on the AC based on the positive reviews, so when our old air con was in need of replacing there was no one else I would think of calling. Always courteous, on time and thorough. Thanks to Brae and his team for looking after our concerns and will highly recommend him for anyone looking for a HVAC tech.

We Had Daly Home Comfort Install a new Lennox Furnace & Air-Conditioner.
They were very professional. They indicated that a dangerously oversized furnace was previously installed, this was why it kept overheating & shutting off. Well, we were in a time crunch...we needed the new Furnace very quickly before leaving on a trip. Wow! A 4 person specialist team came quickly got it all done within a few days. This new heating & Cooling system is excellent in every way, and very neatly installed. They go way above & beyond expectations. I fully recommend this firm!
