DMJ Construction & Renovation

We just used DMJ construction for a couple projects in our home. They were fast, courteous, and friendly. Everything was done beautifully. The team left everything spotless when they were done. Amazing job by all and they even did the jobs under our time restraints. Very easy to work with. We will 100% use them again and also recommend DMJ Construction to everyone!! Job well done and Thank-you, we couldn’t be more happy!

Dave and crew built us an absolutely beautiful shower and retiled our front foyer. He provided us with an out of the box idea for the shower ( one with no edge to step over ). He was very meticulous in his Reno and his crew were very friendly and conscientious. They showed up on time for work and when they said they would and worked quickly. They were also very clean and left our place like they found it. I would most definitely recommend them and will likely have them back again for a future Reno. To date we have experienced no problems whatsoever. Everything was installed professionally and most definitely met my expectations. Thanks Dave!

We used DMJ Construction to do some demolition and construction work at a property I own. Dave and his crew did a fantastic job and i was very happy with his work. Dave made very helpful suggestions along the way and always made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest.

He complete the demo of the kitchen and repaired everything back to tip top shape in prep for us to install the cabinets. He also did some electrical, installing new pot lights in the kitchen. We also hired Dave to install new flooring through out the main floor of the house and his recommendation on flooring product was great. Dave was able to handle the changes we threw at him including needing new basement windows. He was able to order them and get them installed quicker than anticipated which helped the job move along faster and was appreciated.

He was always there when he said he would be and the job was completed in the amount of time agreed upon. He was available for communications through phone, text and email which was great for me. I felt Dave was trustworthy which is a very important factor for me when choosing a contractor and his pricing was fair and straight forward.

I would be happy to use Dave and DMJ Construction again for my future projects .

Dave and his crew have done a few renovations at my house and i would never use anyone but him. I have had my whole main floor redone and added a steel beam, redid the kitchen with tiles and flooring throughout. recently he added more lights in my kitchen and fixed a drainage issue i had outside. Dave is very knowledgeable and friendly and gives suggestions that maybe better and potentially cheaper options.

Dave and company remodeled our kitchen in Summer 2018 and did a GREAT job. Floor, cabinets, the whole deal. At the same time we radically changed the layout of the kitchen and created an island instead of a peninsula. Much better for use of space and usefulness of the kitchen. Thanks Dave and Team.
