Mike is a very caring Sensei that cares not only about training but personal life as well. It's an all around community - not just a place to train. Highly recommend!

(June 4, 2014, 3:22 pm)I have had the pleasure of training with Sensei Mike Coombes for over 11 years. He is very passionate about martial arts and an amazing teacher! The style he teaches is the most authentic Okinawan karate system in the world! Utilizing ancient two-person drills that include strikes, chokes/strangulations, throws and grappling (great for self-defense and fitness). Go in for a visit to his dojo and see for yourself.
