Mike is a very caring Sensei that cares not only about training but personal life as well. It's an all around community - not just a place to train. Highly recommend! -

The style he teaches is the most authentic Okinawan karate system in the world! Utilizing ancient two-person drills that include strikes, chokes/strangulations, throws and grappling (great for self-defense and fitness). Go in for a visit to his dojo and see for yourself.
