Motor City Crane Rental

We recently purchased a hot tub and needed a crane to lift it over our house. (Side note: envisioning a crane lifting a 850 pound tub directly over your house is incredibly stressful!) However, the process with Jeff and the team at Motor City Crane Rental could not have gone smoother. The same day we spoke on the phone, Jeff came over for a site visit. He knew they were busy but helped move things around so we could book a crane within the timeframe we needed. Shelley in the office was friendly and professional and we had zero issues with the payment process - it was clear and accurate. The day before the job, they had an issue with the crane we had booked in that it needed service. Jeff then outsourced and went above and beyond to ensure they would not miss the time slot. He showed up with the team on time and the entire process was smooth. I know it's not every day you need a crane, but if we EVER do again - we'll be calling Jeff and the team at Motor City Crane Rental. Customer service at its finest!!
