Brian was truly wonderful. Immediately after the inspection we wanted to make sure we put a great review for him. My fiancée and I are first time home buyers and were getting a lot of advice on things to ask for from all different sources: family, friends co workers etc. Of things to watch out for and such. Brian covered all of those and other things and more. He made sure he was clear about what he would be doing and we just felt really comfortable right away. He was professional, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Brian also gave us solutions to some minor mould issues that were very helpful. Also, loved the fact that we got a binder and clear photos of all areas of concern. He made sure we understood everything before completing the visit. Overall experience, 5 stars, definitely.
