Hired Phil to do the flooring in my basement, he also installed a couple of doors and adjusted an existing one. Phil did a great job. He is a very clean contractor. I agreed to dispose of any material that he couldn't use, however, there wasn't much left to dispose of! Phil was very good at making sure he used what he needed and there was no product wasted! I will definitely be hiring Phil again!

Quality work & craftsmanship, lots of experience, and most importantly, I trust Phil. He did the flooring, two bathrooms, parts of the kitchen, attic, and more. It's an old house so lots of challenges - but he always took the time to find the best solution and do it right. Never cut corners. He was always straight with me (not like other contractors). Plus, he was a pleasure to work with. It all looks spectacular. No leaks, all solid. Top notch. I heartily recommend Phil.

Phil's work is topnotch and he totally transformed my wife's vision into a reality for our main bathroom upstairs.  He understands all aspects of the skilled trades and shared his knowledge and experience throughout the job, so that my wife and I could make the best decisions. Some problems arose because of the age of my house, and Phil was able to diagnose the problem and provide us with honest and practical solutions.  Each step of the renovation process was well explained, and he followed through on finishing the project on time.  We love every aspect of the bathroom. But in particular, Phil's work in tiling the tub and shower area was artistic. Our bathroom looks like it should be profiled in a magazine! Most importantly, it looks good and functions even better.
We developed such a great relationship with Phil that we had him also renovate our master ensuite (spa style) and finish our basement. His suggestions for reno products matched our style and budget, and helped us save money each step of the way.
After three major projects, we can honestly say that we would work with Phil again on our home and recommend him to anyone.
