Delicious turkey sausages with garlic standout for freshness, flavour and I was thrilled to know they are prepared without using pork casings!

I have come to St Lawrence Market's 'local' tent for years, passionate to support our great farming tradition in Ontario. Thank you to the Clement family for giving me this perfect alternative to pork.

I bought a fresh turkey from Clements for Thanksgiving. It was excellent. Thank you.
And even though their sign on Hwy 2 says it’s open Friday, Saturday, Sunday. They are open 7 days a week 9-6. For poultry, eggs and apples. Great local farm.

We really like their no hormone & antibiotic-free poultry, minced beef and Mennonite ham. Friendly and accommodating staff.
