(December 11, 2018, 9:24 pm)The most professional, honest and reliable people you could ever deal with no matter what the business. The shop is so well run that when you have a 10:30 appointment, guess what? Your car actually goes in at 10:30!

But George is such and calm guy and truly listens and will try to save you any costs! He also doesn’t charge to just have a look as to what’s the issue then gives you a far quote to repair.....and no pressure
(October 4, 2018, 12:03 pm)Recently had a #1 cylinder go in my 09 Avalanche with 256k. The guys tried everything to quiet it down but couldn't. Had a used 5.3 installed and it only took two days. Now it runs quieter and faster than the original. Thanks to everyone at My Mechanic Newcastle and to Mary for searching for the engine. Great price and workmanship.
(September 26, 2018, 1:41 am)Excellent service! Broke down on our way back the the USA while on vacation. We had to have our jeep towed there after hours at 8:30 PM on a Sunday night. Filled out the after hours drop off and they started diagnosing the problem first thing in the AM before we even called in. Once we approved the work they fixed the broken sensor ASAP and had us back on the road fast! The price for the work was very good; we were actually surprised how good of a quote we got.
Highly recomend using them for your automotive needs.
