Shoppers Drug Mart

I have nothing but praise for Staff in this store always been very helpful to me and my late husband I’ve been a customer for14yrs.well done everyone.

Shoppers has successfully aligned all their stores to be the same. The one Newcastle is slightly better in that the staff is friendlier than most as you'd expect in a small town.

I think it is a great store with all they have to offer, but they re lacking when it comes to access for people who require wheelchair parking. There is one spot by the front doors, which is always occupied. The remainder of the spots are behind the building, which is quite the walk to the front door. I think if there was a bit of planning when the building was originally designed, access would be given from the parking lot or the side of the building. All in all it's a good store, but I think more thought should have been given to the customer instead of how many customers they can fit in the front door to sell to.
