Usually visited once or twice a year for the last decade. Now that my oldest kid is skiing age, I signed him up for lessons. Excellent choice. I went and skied while he learned the ropes. Instructors were very good and helped me understand what he needs to practice. By a few weeks into the lessons he was keeping up with me on the green runs.

A lot better then I expected it to be. If you already own skis of a snowboard you can park at the top of the hill, pay for your pass and head right down. Otherwise they have fairly priced rentals at the bottom. They have two different chalets, one on each end of the hills. A good range of hills. Would recommend for beginners and people who are experienced as well.

This is a great place an hour east of Toronto just after Oshawa. There are a lot of runs and though they are all relatively short, there is ample room for new and experienced skiiers to get on the lifts and down again. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Tip: Gate 4 parking had a ticket office if you have your equipment ready to go from the car. Go to Gate 2 for the main entrance including rentals.

Awesome place to ski! I had a great time and I was impressed by all the terrain options on the slopes. Also food options at their cafeteria were great! The large poutine is gigantic by the way, definitely necessary to share.

We always have a blast at the Brim. The staff is amazing and the hills are the best in the greater GTA. The ski shop has decent prices and knowledgeable staff. The restaurant, although a bit expensive, has great food with a decent selection. Seriously considering a seasons pass for next year.
