Speedy Auto Service Oshawa North

I called the Speedy in North Oshawa to see if they could check to see if I was having issues with some work that I had done at a Speedy, while visiting Ottawa. They told me it was no problem even if the work had been done in another city. They got me in the next day and when I arrived I received a welcome reception.

It turned out to be a very small issue with a small part that looked like it was retrieved from Davey Jones locker lol. They had me back on the road in less than half an hour with a smile. I am grateful for the prompt and friendly service. I would go back in the future and refer my friends there as well.

We were 400 kilometers from home when our alternator quit, on one of the coldest days of the winter. I barely made it to the Speedy Muffler on Simcoe Street in Oshawa. Ralph and the guys had an alternator delivered and installed in under two hours and we were on our way again! Everyone there was pleasant and accommodating, at every step of the way. It can be tough to find this high level of customer service. A great effort, well done and many thanks!

I do my oil change and other maintenance here. Staff is really professional and welcoming. Most times, I just call in and they always go the extra mile to give me quality service.
