When I called the guy really sounded like he knew carpets well after the many questions I asked. He gave me a quote right over the phone. They came to my house and we found them professional yet friendly, they followed COVID protocol with only one person in the house at a time with masks on. Spotless Carpet Cleaning Oshawa did an amazing job removing the stain from my carpets that have been there for a good year plus the carpets of the entire house look just amazing now. Amazing customer service and amazing results! I will definitely use this company whenever we need cleaning and will recommend them to our family and friends.
