What Barb has done for me and my family has been far beyond what I ever could have expected. Barb is the therapist for you if you are interested in implementing real change, she is not the therapist for you if you want a cookie and a hug while complaining about an unresolved issue over and over. She's been nothing but professional, dead on when getting to the heart of the issue, advising on changes that need to be made and giving tangible tips on how to manage severe anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. She takes the time to really hear you out and I don't know how she does it, but she always hits the nail on the head seeing what you may not be able to see for yourself.
