We had raccoons living underneath our deck so called WPA for removal service. Boris installed a one-way door and fencing behind the planks of our deck as additional prevention against re-entry. He was thorough, personable, and professional. Highly reccommend!

I had a wonderful experience with this company and I didn't hire them in the end. They were very honest and so helpful and reassuring. I thought I had raccoons in my attic and had one company come in and give me a quote - they used a drone and gave me a quote of over $2,000.00. The second company I had in was Wildlife Prevention Authority and Boris came to my house and went up onto my roof and checked everywhere and couldn't find any access point that the raccoons could have used to get into my attic and concluded that from where I heard them - they were probably on the roof and not in the attic because at that point the attic space was very narrow. He told me if I had any concerns or heard anything else to call him and he would come out and check again for me. This visit to give a quote was free and I was not charged at all. I was needless to say very impressed with the honesty, thoroughness and professionalism of Boris and Wildlife Prevention Authority. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I called this organization to obtain an estimate to have squirrels removed from our attic. No regrets whatsoever!

Boris is absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain every detail for the work that needed to be done in removing the racoons nesting under our deck. He is very professional and his work is immaculate. You would not know that someone had been in our backyard! I highly recommended Boris as he exceeded my expectations.

Very satisfied. Boris provided a thorough inspection and detailed explanation with recommendations for immediate and preventive measures. We have small animal activities around the roof and got help from him last year in the summer. We suspected they were trying to returned near the end of winter and Boris came to follow up on the issue and he confirmed that the points of entry were still covered and intact. The suspicious noise stopped a few days after. I guess they had no success getting in :) Professional services!
