SuperCover Hot Tub Covers

A top quality product and superb customer service. We get lots of snow, ice and deep-cold temps in the SW Ontario snow belt, and have replaced multiple traditional spa covers (and one roll-up cover that barely survived the winter). We are completely satisfied with SuperCover service and our new ProGrade swimspa cover. It's high quality and heavy duty, but not too heavy to manage. Mike is incredibly responsive to questions, emails and calls, and will spend the time to ensure everything is top tier. The custom cover arrived ahead of schedule, despite lockdown measures, and Mike immediately followed up to ensure all was in order. You'll pay more in the short term, but the return is there in quality and service.

Excellent product, service, and responsiveness. The cover does its job with virtually no maintenance other than a seasonal rinse with the garden hose. Minimal water absorption compared to previous standard cover that came with the spa. My SuperCover lasted for years and I expected it to be the last I would ever need. Unfortunately, an invasive experiment with the cover caused it's destruction and I recently had to replace it. The new one is the same impeccable quality and ruggedness and "liftable" weight (though I will be installing a hydraulic lifter for winter convenience). This time I won't let anyone mess with it and I expect it to remain pristine in its performance for many, many years. It is pricier than its standard competitors but well worth the investment - I wouldn't have gone back if I wasn't convinced. In case it helps anyone make a decision, I am located in Montreal and my spa is partially protected by a balcony overhead. Note that there was absolutely zero deterioration of the exposed section vs the protected section over the years on the original and I expect the same of the replacement. This is a good long-term buy that eliminates the dread of ever-increasing water absorption that forces replacement every few years. If the price makes you wince, just bite the bullet and go for it - you won't be disappointed!

We are so very pleased, in every aspect, concerning the spa cover we had received from Supercover.ca. The quality of the material is exceptional. The craftmanship is superb. However, most importantly, is the care and concern for customer satisfaction that we experienced from Michael Traboulay. He bent over backwards with expert advice and suggestions. They were tailor made to meet our needs and went well beyond our expectations. He was involved with every aspect of the order. He double checked each detail and he would request additional information or data to make sure that our order was perfect and would meet our demands. The craftmanship of the cover is splendid. It fits our spa like a glove. It is solidly constructed and it appears that it will give us years of usage. To say the least, it is a heavy duty cover that will provide great insulation. Given that we reside in Philadelphia, PA, we expect the cover to do quite well as our winters are not as harsh as Canada's are. Supercover.ca has made us very satisfied and pleased customers.

Although I live in the US, I I ordered two custom covers for a hot tub and separate fountain from Super Cover in Canada and have extraordinary praise for their company. They worked with me with exact measurements, sent me material samples, promptly answered emails, texts and/or phone calls, delivered on time, with absolutely no difficulties with customs or shipping. It was the most satisfactory ordering process I have encountered on the Internet. Obviously I took a chance with a substantial amount of money, but Mike's trustworthiness was evident when I spoke with him. And he delivered!
