There are so many factors to consider when you are choosing who to trust with a major backyard project. But, North American concrete out performed all of my expectations. Right from the start the customer service stood out compared to anyone else with whom I had dealt. Questions were always answered fully and promptly, without any of the long waits or unanswered emails that have become commonplace when dealing with busy contractors these days. Item by item, their product is second to none, with a 25 year warranty to back it up! However, the time they take and the skills they use to execute the job properly is what resulted in a patio that even impressed my teenage daughters, which is not an easy feat. It looks incredible. I’ll be proud to have friends and family over to see it. The hard working crew that completed the job was courteous, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. They left a clean job site behind and the crew supervisor was even available by phone when I had a couple of questions I’d forgotten to ask. North American Concrete completed a stamped concrete porch for me that looks absolutely stunning, masters of their craft and great customer service, I was always able to reach Adam or Spencer with any questions regarding the project and they always gave honest opinions and recommendations. Pricing was fair for the service I received and they took care of any unforeseeable for me within my budget. I was nervous hiring another contractor after some bad experience but glad to see good, honest hard working people still exist out there in this industry.

This guys did an amazing job with my porch, stairs and walkway.
