Very professional team from start to finish

We used Rocpal for some custom cabinetry with countertop and integrated sink and fireplace cladding. The designer we worked with was Christine. She is very intuitive and in sink with your likes and dislikes and zeros in on a concept and colours and materials to produce the perfect design. The service by all the staff at Rocpal is very professional, courteous and timely. The cabinetry is extremely well made. The stone company they deal with does impeccable installation. The finished product is worthy of publication on design sites.

Rocpal recently completed our family room built-in wall units, laundry room cabinets and a bedroom desk area. Top notch work from start to finish. It began with our sit-down consultations with Lisa, who we found to be very approachable and knowledgeable. She responded to all our questions in a timely fashion. Fernando then carried out a site visit for detailed measurements and addressed any further questions. The installation was carried out in a professional manner with the strictest attention to detail. It ended with a final inspection by Lisa ensuring that we were 100% happy with the completed product. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of our cabinets and would definitely use them for any future projects. We recommend Rocpal for your cabinetry design and installation.

As we were getting close to the time to replace our very tired kitchen, we had the good fortune to notice that Rocpal was working on our street on a couple of different houses, so we made an appointment for a design and quote. We met with Annette the designer and she came out to our home to understand our kitchen space and our taste and requirements. The design on paper was what we were looking for, however when you see the finished product its truly overwhelming! Rocpal partnered with Accubult for the construction, and gave sound advice and guidance in choosing all the colour and finishes to the custom made cupboards. Their innovative design brought the kitchen together with gorgeous quartz counters resulting in the kitchen of our dreams! Thank you Anne-Marie for taking over from Annette, to the installers who always came with a smile on their face and the upmost in professionalism and skill, and to Fernando for always being available to answer our endless questions. Any time you do renovations it can be frustrating but when it is done during the COVID19 lockdown it can become exasperating unless you are dealing with professionals that care.
We had ordered our kitchen cabinets from Rocpal in the fall of 2019 with installation planned for March 2020. There were a few communication hiccups at the start since Alyssa had left the company and Anne Marie had to take over the project midstream. We had already torn out our old cupboards and kitchen sink when the lockdown came. Anne Marie kept us up to date on what was happening at their facility, what tweaks had to be made to our design and when production would commence. Eventually our cupboards were delivered. As with any major project there is bound to be a few minor deficiencies even during normal times. Since the showroom remained closed Anne Marie arranged for curb side drop off and pick and Fernando was excellent in correcting these within 48 hours.
Doing kitchen renovations during this time of COVID was like fighting with both hands tied behind your back
Rocpal did all they could to make sure our project got completed to our satisfaction.
After two and a half months ( we had to wait for our countertop supplier to reopen ) we were enjoying our new kitchen.
